Cancellation service of Strandappartementen De Gulden Stroom
Canceling a reservation is annoying enough. By choosing the cancellation service at De Gulden Stroom you are covered for the financial consequences. This cancellation service provides cover for the cancellation costs of the head booker or one of the fellow travelers when your holiday can not take place. The fee for the cancellation service is 5% of the total reservation sum.
Up to and including the day of arrival you are entitled to 100% refund of the total reservation sum. This does not include the costs of the cancellation service and the possible costs of a preferential booking.
Steps to take when canceling with a cancellation service:
You inform us of the cancellation in writing or by telephone as soon as possible. The rent is refunded by De Gulden Stroom to you or if you wish, the credit can also be used for a reservation in the future.
What does not qualify for payment through the cancellation service?
If you have already arrived and you have to cancel your stay early, you are not entitled to a refund.
What is the cancellation policy if you do not have cancellation service through De Gulden Stroom:
In case of cancellation for a reservation with arrival in the months of January, February, March, April, October, November and December you can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation within 14 days before arrival, you are required to pay the total reservation sum, excluding the costs of the accommodation tax.
In case of cancellation for a reservation with arrival in the months of May to September you can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival, you are required to pay the total reservation sum, excluding the costs of the accommodation tax.
